Third As part of our perimeter defense system, we apply a long lasting pest control granule to create a continuous protective barrier around the exterior of your home.

Fourth Because there is always an army of intruders trying to get inside your home (pests like to be indoors for the same reasons we do… warmth, food, water, shelter)… Guardian integrates exclusion techniques to seal off entryways that pests use to get inside your home.

 Finally After eliminating any existing pest problems - Guardian guarantees to control covered pests in and around your home by providing regular service treatments. Our service includes four exterior treatments throughout March - October and one interior service during November - February. Guardian’s Total Home Protection Plus - Pest & Termite Protection

Our new Total Home Protection Plus program takes care of both general pests & termites around your home. In addition to the above described service, underground termite monitoring stations will be installed every twenty feet around your home and garage. Every time a service is performed, each station is inspected for termite activity. If termites are detected, termite bait is installed into the station. Termite bait will continue to be added by our technician until no consumption is being made by the termites. Once a year, a thorough inspection will be made for termite activity in the structural components of your home.
